About Me and My Experience
Psychologist Dilek Nur Taş successfully completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Selçuk University in 2023. During her undergraduate studies, she was interested in clinical and social psychology and directed her academic interest in this direction. In the third year of her undergraduate degree, she delivered an oral presentation on dehumanization at the International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology Congress held in English.
In the final year of her undergraduate studies, she enhanced her clinical experience by interning at 35 Psychology and Counseling Center and began conducting sessions with adult individuals and couples at the same center after graduation. Within the scope of her professional development, she has received training in CBT, Imago Relationship Therapy, EMDR, and Psychological First Aid. Currently, she conducts both individual and couples interviews with her adult clients in Izmir, both face-to-face and online.

First Session and Assessment
In our first 50-minute session, I listen to your life story, set your goals, and create a roadmap (formulation) specific to you.
Ongoing Work
We create a regular session schedule. We begin the process using evidence-based techniques, including EMDR, CBT, and Imago Relationship Therapy, adapted to your individual or relationship needs.
